Someone recently posted, “It doesn’t start with the camera, it starts with what’s inside of you.” I don’t know why I put quotation marks because I’m paraphrasing here. The sentiment she was trying to convey is a lovely sentiment, but I have to argue against it. I know this is semantics, but here we go.
